Can I return my order if I change my mind?

No, we do not offer a refund if you change your mind.

What can I do if my order is faulty or defective?

If your order is faulty or damaged you can email us via our contact us page. Once Telstra has reviewed and approved your request, we will then raise a Returns Authority (RA).

Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or accept returns via any Telstra stores or via the telstra.com website.

How do I return my order?

To request a return:

  1. You need to request a Returns Authority by emailing Telstra via our contact us page. Please specify clearly the nature of the damage.
  2. Telstra will then assess the request and email back with the next steps.

Will I get a refund?

Yes if the item is faulty or damaged. You will receive a refund via the same payment method that you paid originally.

How long will it take?

We try to process returns as quickly as possible, but please be aware that it can take up to 21 days to process a return during busy periods.
